I dont normally write reviews for apps, I dont have the time, and really as long as an app does what its supposed to, I really dont care. However in this case, this app goes well beyond what I thought it was supposed to do. Everything from train status updates - which seem to be fairly accurate - to a proximity warning alarm which really worked and woke me up the specified distance before arriving at my destination! To me, this app is as a essential as your IRCTC user number. If youre going to buy a ticket on Indian railways get this app. Period. The ads are super annoying, popping up about every time you change the screen. (And I do mean theyre seriously annoying), but the app works so well I quickly payed the US$4.99 and got rid of the ads. To the developers: One nice thing I would like to see in this app would be the ability to set an alarm on a trains arrival at a specific station. For example: At the moment Im sitting in my hotel room constantly refreshing a train status because the train is late. I dont want to leave for the station until I absolutely have to. It would be useful If I could set an alarm for when a specified train arrived at a specific point. In this way I wouldnt have to keep checking the train status and I could simply wait for the alarm to go off, at which point I would go to my station. In any case, great App! Thank you!

Best app! All options in. India needs such apps and easy systems like this one. It has all cost info, passenger info, express book etc..internal connectivity to irctc .. Pnr status etc Regards Nitin

Some bad moments

Employ worthy programmers at last. It is impossible to be registered. OS 9.2
Overall good functionality But can not add Pass to iOS wallet. The app just hangs.
Its very useful and informative application. Working fine on iPhone 6

Works as advertised and does the job well. Wished it could have a functionality to pick a station and be notified/alerted on arrival/departure.
Nice app but it crashes a lot and need to improve in train love status and themes
