I dont normally write reviews for apps, I dont have the time, and really as long as an app does what its supposed to, I really dont care. However in this case, this app goes well beyond what I thought it was supposed to do. Everything from train status updates - which seem to be fairly accurate - to a proximity warning alarm which really worked and woke me up the specified distance before arriving at my destination! To me, this app is as a essential as your IRCTC user number. If youre going to buy a ticket on Indian railways get this app. Period. The ads are super annoying, popping up about every time you change the screen. (And I do mean theyre seriously annoying), but the app works so well I quickly payed the US$4.99 and got rid of the ads. To the developers: One nice thing I would like to see in this app would be the ability to set an alarm on a trains arrival at a specific station. For example: At the moment Im sitting in my hotel room constantly refreshing a train status because the train is late. I dont want to leave for the station until I absolutely have to. It would be useful If I could set an alarm for when a specified train arrived at a specific point. In this way I wouldnt have to keep checking the train status and I could simply wait for the alarm to go off, at which point I would go to my station. In any case, great App! Thank you!

Overall good functionality But can not add Pass to iOS wallet. The app just hangs.
